Paul Fairhead
Chief Executive Officer

Paul brings over 25 years of global hospitality experience and a unique chef-led leadership style to his role, combining culinary expertise with strategic business acumen. His background spans hotels, restaurants, and corporate dining across Europe, Latin America, and the United States, providing him with a broad, international perspective on hospitality operations. As former CEO of Guckenheimer, Paul demonstrated exceptional ability to elevate brands while maintaining operational excellence and client satisfaction. At Infuse Hospitality, he is leading the company’s expansion across the U.S., focusing on premium corporate culinary solutions, sustainability, and fostering innovation.

Wendy Powell
Chief Growth Officer

Wendy has led transformative growth for major commercial foodservice providers. Most recently President of a leading corporate catering firm in NYC, she combines operational expertise, culinary passion, and entrepreneurial energy to scale Infuse’s presence and impact.

With experience spanning global concepts across the U.S., Middle East, Europe, Asia, and Latin America, as well as expertise in consumer packaged goods, Anthony is a brand strategist who transforms insights into action.
